My workout routine

I workout literally everyday but sometimes I take a break for a day 

(usually Sunday cause lazy day)


Honestly, I don't have a ''perfect'', ''tumblr'', ''pinterest'' body actually. I still have fats cause guess what? I eat a lot! But if you want to maintain your body while eating all the foods you love (of course, not too much junk food) ,you gotta get your lazyass to workout! 

How I workout?

I only watch this channel on youtube called ''Rebecca Louise'' (link below). She has tons of videos to work your leg include thigh, abs, butt and arm. I follow her footstep for about 1 year already and I've seen a lot of changes in my body compared to before. Her channel is worth watching!

I watch 2 videos a day (usually abs and thigh gap videos). Then, I took my dogs for a walk. After I came back, I will skip for 10 mins (notes: took a rest after 5 mins if you're over exhausted because you will feel dizzy). 10 mins Skipping = 30 minutes of jogging!! You will speed up the result as skipping burn whole body fats!

To conclude this, 2 videos a day along with 10 minutes of skipping. This only takes about 35 minutes of your day to get your body goal. 

30 days fit challenge app

I recently found out this app called ''30 days fit challenge''. (link below) Today is my 3rd day already. I gotta tell you, this will make every part of your body on fireeeeee! So far I love this app so much and hopefully I will update you my result after 30 days. (if i haven't forgotten yet)
